Ofelia Mohr
Ofelia was born in Romania and moved to the U.S. in April 2004. She has been practicing yoga and meditation since 1990.
She is a certified yoga teacher with the International Federation of Yoga and Meditation Atman and also has a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering from Transylvania University in Romania and a Health Coach certification from the Institute of Integrative Nutrition, New York.
Currently she is a yoga teacher of the US Yoga Academy of and teaches yoga, meditation and healthy lifestyle classes in Des Moines, Iowa, USA.
