Jitka Stará
From spontaneous mystical experiences to a systematic approach, Jitka has been exploring esoteric traditions driven by a deep yearning towards profound transformation. Together with her realizations and acquired knowledge through continuous intense study and practice of the ancient scientific system of tantra yoga for more than 9 years, she has collected a rich amount of experiences that she shares through workshops and lectures.
Jitka is teaching an Esoteric Tantra Yoga course at Natha Yoga Center in Reykjavik, Iceland.
