Frodelin-Ioan Roca
Frodelin-Ioan Roca is a director of a construction and interior design company.
He has been practising yoga for about 32 years and is a yoga teacher at MISA Yoga School. In addition to this yoga discipline, he has also studied and even deepened Kashmirian Shaivism, Ayurveda, Indian Natural Medicine, Tantric Alchemy, Enneagram, which helped him to develop a holistic perspective on life and the human being in general. It was, however, the practice of the various branches of the Yoga System that have given him the most satisfying and comprehensive answers to the fundamental questions of life.
