Daniel Radu, PhD

Daniel Radu has been practicing yoga for 31 years and is a yoga and Shaivism teacher in Iasi.

He graduated from the Faculty of Physics, UAIC, class of 1991. He obtained his PhD in physics in 1998, his thesis being titled “Contributions to the study of the interaction of higher spin particles”.
He is a lecturer at the Faculty of Physics of “Alexandru Ioan Cuza” University (UAIC) Iasi.

He has published more than 30 scientific articles in ISI-listed international journals, as well as three books published by Springer GMBH, World Scientific and CRC Press. He has also participated in numerous national and international conferences and symposia.

He is the UAIC director of the research project “ATLAS experiment at the LHC” in the field of elementary particles.
