Cornel Hoțiu
Cornel Hoțiu is a lecturer at the National Association for the Promotion of Non-Conventional Medicine in Romania (AMN) and a technician.
He has developed and innovated enclosures for obtaining sensitive crystallization impressions. He has contributed to the refinement of the technique of photography, computer acquisition and standardized analysis of sensitive crystallization images.
