The processing of personal data is carried out in accordance with the provisions of Article 6(1)(b) and (c) of Regulation (EU) No. 679/2016.

The data provided by participants, especially the email address, may be processed by the host organization for the purpose of organizing, managing, and communicating the information necessary for the proper running of the event.

The processing of data will be carried out within the legitimate activities of the host organization, in accordance with the applicable legal provisions and with appropriate safeguards regarding the protection of personal data.

In order to ensure proportionality and a balance between the right to the protection of personal data and the processing of such data, in accordance with Law No. 190/2018 on measures for implementing Regulation (EU) 2016/679, the organization guarantees respect for the right to rectification and erasure of personal data.
