18:00 – 18:30 Organizer Beginning festivity
18:30 – 19:00 Organizer Congress presentation
19:00 – 20:30 Invited: Todd Ovokaitys, M.D. [toggle-title]Advanced Science of Vibrations to Transform Health, Medicine and Consciousness[/toggle-title]
[toggle-content expand=0]Our lab has created a new type of laser based wave pattern generator that produces extremely rapid impulses of light. The speed can reach subfemtosecond levels, faster than molecules vibrate or rotate. This allows precise molecular entrainment through resonance to be able to reshape the energy, structure and activity of molecules in useful ways. In nutrition for people the bioavailability and action of nutrients are increased. In a controlled clinical trial of one of the formulas the biomarkers of aging were reversed 8-12 years in only 2 months. Applied to agricultural nutrients relative crop yields were tripled and nutrient density in the produce increased by factors of 100-500%. In therapeutic chemistry, high energy compounds of high utility have been created that have not been previously possible. As a shocking innovation in regeneration medicine a new technique of laser guided stem cell therapy has been developed. Rates of tissue repair of injured body systems have been up to over 300 times faster than other methods with the best results yet seen in medicine. This method may greatly lift the bar of our potential for longevity. On the more esoteric level we have evolved a system of producing tones and tonal harmonics called the pineal toning technique. When produced in groups of 300-900 people, harmonic structures are generated that have resulted in many spontaneous healing effects. More importantly profound expansion of consciousness has been reported. The net of perception can be increased so that awareness stretches into higher dimensional fields. A metric of their potency has been studies of their effects on plants. Compared to the best of Mozart for the growth and yields of plants, recordings of the pineal tones have been up to 200% more powerful.[/toggle-content]
20:30 – 22:00 Ph.D. Doru Bodea [toggle-title]Finding God in a cell[/toggle-title]
[toggle-content expand=0]From ancient times, those studying living organisms noticed that most of them display the appearance of having been deliberately designed for a purpose. Starting from such observations, thinkers from Plato and Aristotle to Newton and Boyle concluded that behind the marvelous and complex structures of the living oath was an intelligent design. Yet, after Darwin formulated his famous theory (On the Origin of Species), the appearance of design seemed to be taken as a simple product of the evolution process. Then, in 1953 James Watson and Francis Crick solved the big puzzle around the structure of the DNA. They succeeded to solve a big mystery of the science of biology, yet in the same time creating an even bigger one. Biological evolution seems to well describe how more complex forms of life evolved from more simple ones. Nevertheless, adaptation is not the only aspect of life giving the “appearance” of design. The question about the very origin of First Life was not at all solved by the theory of evolution. To be more honest, it was not even addressed. We propose in this lecture a brief look upon the concept of Intelligent Design, its implications in the modern science and its connections to ancient spiritual systems like Yoga, Taoism and Alchemy.[/toggle-content]

19:00 – 20:00 Cristian Alexandru [toggle-title]Unveiling the neurological secret allowing us to attain mastership in our spiritual practice[/toggle-title]
[toggle-content expand=0]Recent research in neuroscience have identified three essential elements that can help us develop our talents and optimize our performance in any area we want, including (or especially) the spiritual practice. These three elements work together to form a neuronal substance in the brain that can increase even one hundred times the speed and precision of our movements and thoughts. In certain favourable conditions, it may even accelerate 3000 times the general information processing capability. Scientists have discovered that this substance is the foundation of all forms of greatness and therefore some neurologists consider it “the Holy Grail” of high-level skills acquisition. We present a simple, easy to apply method which, by putting into practice these scientific findings, will ensure a clear and rapid increase in mental efficiency in less than a month.[/toggle-content]
20:00 – 20:30 Ph.D. Beatrice Lucaci [toggle-title]Divine proportions reflected in integral architecture[/toggle-title]
[toggle-content expand=0]The ratio expresses a comparative relationship between the parts of certain objects from the quality or quantity viewpoint or a relationship between the various parts and the whole. The divine ratio, definable and defined mathematically, is primarily a pure expression of harmony and beauty. Therefore beauty, as a category, can be considered as representing the awareness of perfection, the call to the plenary realization of completion. Contemplating beauty is, in essence, a spontaneous state of delight, an intense vibration close to the absolute. We will present a few landmarks regarding the presence of beauty in sacred and modern architecture.[/toggle-content]
20:30 – 21:00 Victoria Bugu [toggle-title]God and mathematics[/toggle-title]
[toggle-content expand=0]A question and at the same time an old puzzle: mathematics was invented by people or just discovered by them? The stakes of this question is much more than meets the eye. And that stake is related to the existence of a Creator of the Universe. Man conceptualized and gave name to numbers following its need to understand nature and to live together with other people. Fascinating is that although invented by man, the numbers prove the existence of an extremely rich and complex mathematical relationships with each other, relationships discovered by mathematicians throughout history. All this seems to point us to the idea of the existence of a universal intelligence, an infinite and creative consciousness.[/toggle-content]

09:00 – 10:00 Invited: Advaita Stoian [toggle-title]YOGA: wise solutions to the challenges of the modern world[/toggle-title]
[toggle-content expand=0]The increasing popularity enjoyed by yoga in the contemporary period is not the result of the need for originality of marketing programs but is rooted in much deeper needs that this millennial practice answers with great success. Facing problems that often seem insurmountable, especially in the context of the classical approach, modern man has come to seek alternative solutions and thus discovered that the solutions of the millenary wisdom offered by yoga covers most of these problems. In addition fundamental principles underlying the practice of yoga helps us rediscover a harmonious way to solve the challenges of life without generating other crises and thus get the most out of the resources with which nature has endowed us. The Yoga system can offer to those who seek to understand deeply its mysteries, amazingly effective solutions and often unexpectedly well suited to contemporaneity. From a certain perspective, the YOGA system brings exactly the answers that we intuitively seek today. In an age of unifying synthesis, a system as comprehensive as YOGA can not be overlooked by our attention.[/toggle-content]
10:00 – 10:30 Zoltan Bartha [toggle-title]Vital signs of Motivation and Spiritual Aspiration[/toggle-title]
[toggle-content expand=0]In the process of spiritual evolution every human being is confronted with moments of enthusiasm and aspiration but also with moments of saturation and neglect. All these things take part in the immense spectacle of life, yet the most considerable question being born is the following: “Who is the director of our life and which are the roles that we consciously play in this immense spectacle?” Here intervenes the element of surprise of the independent judge, permitting every one of us to choose from a considerable number of opportunities when the moment to decide comes. In this way we discover a significant secret about the success of our life: the courage and the power to choose with discernment and afterwards taking full responsibility for the consequences of our actions. This will result in something which is called by great scholars CONSCIOUS LIFE. Yet, maintaining the state of consciousness is not as easy as it seems in theory, stemming from the fact that confronting with spiritual saturation and certain spiritual tests sometimes lead the human being to making wrong decisions which will directly result in decreased spiritual aspiration. Here intervenes the principle of vital signs, which offers us the possibility to “consciously monitor” the consequences of our actions, thoughts and emotions, thus becoming a sui-generis radiography having the role of prevention in our destiny. There are some conclusive vital signs that will warn us about these periods of tests and spiritual saturation, which will be revealed in the following with the help of an easily digestible parallel for our mind.[/toggle-content]
10:30 – 11:00 Ciprian Fodor [toggle-title]Tantric secrets and recipes for a healthy spiritual Life[/toggle-title]
[toggle-content expand=0]The energy crisis which threatens with an international economic collapse is nothing but a reflection of the internal crisis at subtle, energetic level, in human beings. Modern man was offered so called solutions in order to solve this huge impasse he is facing: the indispensable morning coffee, energy drinks, drugs, medicines galore for any minor illness, etc. but at what price? The lifespan of modern man decreases dramatically. The medical institutions and the banks are about to change the age limit (which, some time ago was officially 75 years) from 65 to 60 years. To this crisis the most near at hand answer is offered by Tantra, called in some esoteric traditions the Way of the Supreme Energy. We present, in a succinct manner, ways in which human beings can regain the status of balanced beings in terms of energy, something which will give them, in addition to a lasting health, states of psycho-somatic activation generating profound happiness, all of which can be acquired for free![/toggle-content]
11:00 – 11:30 Pistis Zadoff [toggle-title]Orgastic Potency – a key to a healthy harmonious life[/toggle-title]
[toggle-content expand=0]The lecture will present the notion of Orgasmic potency as developed by Wilhelm Reich. it will follow the first steps of his lifelong research that led to the discovery of the Orgone energy in its various applications. in his research both as a Physician as well as a psychotherapist he has reached to the conclusion that the capacity to experience orgasms is a crucial capacity for the maintaining or regaining of human physical, emotional and mental health, influencing our behavior, character and interaction with our surroundings in our day to day life, far out of the bedroom – the setting traditionally related to it.[/toggle-content]
11:30 – 12:00 Swami Mahalayananda [toggle-title]The doctrine of non-division[/toggle-title]
[toggle-content expand=0]This lecture takes its basis in the practice of Kashmir Shaivism and is essentially about experiencing the state of non-division within the very dual world. We often have this notion that we need to reach a particular level of consciousness which often is considered very far from where we are now to obtain such states. On this workshop we will explain in very simple terms how its in fact very accessible. And there will be some very simple practical techniques that can be done by most people without further preparation. What is often considered an obstacle can in simple ways become a gate to overcome the same obstacle.[/toggle-content]
12:00 – 12:30 Cristi Ion [toggle-title]The amazing effects of the synergic combination between Hatha Yoga and the use of demineralized water[/toggle-title]
[toggle-content expand=0]Achieving a proper acid-base balance in the body is considered by contemporary science a fundamental key to get and maintain an optimal state of health. We will present the mechanisms through which the asana-s and pranayama techniques of the millenary yoga system contribute naturally to the so necessary alkalinization of the body. We will describe briefly: the causes and the way in which acidity is generated at cellular level; natural mechanisms for removal of acid residues from the cells and the factors that inhibit or stimulate this mechanism; the influence of environmental factors, stress and way of life (activities, movement, nutrition, rest) on the acid-base balance; the mechanisms underlying the alkalinization of the being. The conference is a plea for Hatha Yoga, as one of the most effective ways to restore and maintain a proper acid-base balance, in synergy with observing the precepts regarding the purity of the food we eat and of the water we drink.[/toggle-content]
12:30 – 13:00 Adina Stoian [toggle-title]Yoga solutions for modern women[/toggle-title]
[toggle-content expand=0]Modern women nowadays have to be very good employees or managers, super-mothers, attractive lovers, best cooks and house-keeping maids, life-coaches and nurses, outstanding wives and accountant experts. And they are doing so well – but many times with the price of their sleep, their care for own basic feminine needs and stressing themselves to burning out phases. To all of them, the ancient yoga tradition can give a great hand of help. Yoga offers methods for learning to be more relaxed, faster releasing the stress, getting sharper, intelligent and intuitive – thus better organized and focused, accelerated regeneration and rejuvenation, sense of humor, detachment and much more. With a gram of practice great transformations can happen in the lives of women that start the first steps in Yoga.[/toggle-content]

Second Hall: Seminars Speaker Title
09:00 – 10:00 Gladys Anițescu [toggle-title]Harmonization and healing of the human being using tuning forks[/toggle-title]
[toggle-content expand=0]Many people consider the tuning fork an object which the musicians use to tune up their instruments. But there is also another kind of tuning fork, designed for tuning up the human body. Both kinds work similarly. By using tuning fork therapy, your body can be “tuned” to an optimal physical balance, as a piano is tuned after the perfect tone. Every organ, gland and cell of our body vibrates on its specific frequency. These frequencies correspond to musical notes. When the body is perfectly healthy and every part vibrates on the proper note, the body is like an orchestra that plays a beautiful music. When the energy is blocked, the part of the body in which the blockage appears can no longer sing the correct note in the correct rhythm. We may not be able to hear the disharmonious sounds of our bodies, but the organism manifests symptoms that show us when something goes wrong and needs to be tuned up again. We will present a practical method of re-tuning our being by means of tuning forks.[/toggle-content]
10:00 – 11:00 Jayson Acs [toggle-title]The role of pain in life. Modalities to overcome it and to enter superior states of Consciousness[/toggle-title]
[toggle-content expand=0]Pain is in general instinctively avoided by beings. But at the same time pain is inevitable, because the growth process itself involves transformation. Pain is a rigorous teacher that helps us grow steadily. Fundamentally, there are two mechanisms for solving the pain. The first: we go towards it, perceive it, study it, acknowledge it and finally accept it, fully assimilating it. The second: the radical, profound and complete detachment of pain by immersing ourselves in the blissful creative void, after we had been profoundly immersed in pain. In everyday life we use these two mechanisms simultaneously. They are interrelated. The deeper we master a mechanism, the deeper we can act with the other one when we oscillate between alternative states of conscience: resorption – manifestation, withdrawal – acceptance. The seminar will offer practical exercises, useful to properly integrate this experience of life.[/toggle-content]
11:00 – 12:00 Zoltan Bartha [toggle-title]Vital signs of Motivation and Spiritual Aspiration[/toggle-title]

12:00 – 12:30 Morariu Mircea [toggle-title]Profound Yogic Meditation, a beneficient method to eliminate stress[/toggle-title]
[toggle-content expand=0]Stress has become a serious and complex problem in our modern society. Almost unknown a century ago, stress has rapidly become one of the major problems today, and is considered in psychology as a complex psychosocial phenomenon with a multitude of unknowns in terms of cause and its cure. In this conference we will present the millennial practice of deep yogic meditation as a genuine method for healing and eliminating stress. Compared to solutions that modern science offers as an alternative of compromise in the fight against this true “scourge” which became increasingly more prevalent in the contemporary society, yoga offers us several solutions that are truly effective, that can combat and alchemize this real disease that negatively affects contemporary society in a complex way. Deep yogic meditation is an effective, natural and simple way to combat stress.[/toggle-content]
12:30 – 13:00 Elisabeta Bugu and Marius Petrila [toggle-title]Tapas – the concept of spiritual evolution in a loving couple relationship[/toggle-title]
[toggle-content expand=0]We present from our personal experience a few tapas of deep communion with the Ten Great Cosmic Powers, practiced within our tantric couple. We will describe the sublime effects of harmonization and evolution within the couple relationship obtained by practicing asana-s and meditations consecrated to the 10 Great Cosmic Powers, which were subsequently crowned by deep communion rituals followed by synchronicities and sublime feelings.[/toggle-content]

14:30 – 15:30 Invited: André Riehl [toggle-title]Mantra and Nidra Yoga – Kashmir Shivaism Tradition matching with contemporary scientific reality[/toggle-title]
[toggle-content expand=0]Kashmir Shivaism roots are lost in time and the teachings that have come to us are mainly from the oral tradition, even though there are a few texts standing for reference points. What we discover today is that the traditional relationship Shiva – or Consciousness – and Shakti – or Energy – are very close related to the contemporary scientific knowledge. Science explores life from an external point of view when yoga explores life directly from the inside. How do we relate to the capacity of exploring and being conscious of our life as a person, but also as parts of mankind? Is there in an individual a way to develop his – her energetical potentialities to enhance his – her capacity of consciousness? Kashmir Shivaism Yoga, which is an extremely precise and intense mean for this huge task will be described in a clear understandable and modern way for discovering what a complete human life really is.[/toggle-content]
15:30 – 16:30 Irina Childs, MBA [toggle-title]The real meaning of success – an integral perspective on our fulfillment[/toggle-title]
[toggle-content expand=0]Many times in our lives we are being presented with the option of being successful. Whether we believe we can be successful or we believe we can’t – we are right. As we continue to co-create our reality, it is in our power to experience fulfillment in greater doses than our wildest dreams. What does this mean? How can we make our life a long standing success? What does success mean from the spiritual perspective? Does success equal happiness? And if so when? This lecture aims to look at the Integral Perspective on success and also on success and happiness. Many times success is experienced as short lived happiness or it can also be a triger of unhappiness. Understanding the facets of the integral perspective and also their implication can trigger a complex realisation on what makes us fulfilled, happy and successful.[/toggle-content]
16:30 – 17:00 Simona Popescu, M.D. [toggle-title]Yoga, the wise solution in managing destructive emotions[/toggle-title]
[toggle-content expand=0]What are emotions and how do they have so much power on the human psyche? How are brain, immune system and emotions interconnected? Although science and technology have advanced amazingly in recent years, the human being still struggles sometimes in the internal chaos of destructive feelings and emotions which apparently control his/her life. Yoga practice, which has rigorously explored for millennia the internal world, coupled with the scientific studies on the brain and human behaviour, provides wise solutions for us to alchemize our destructive emotions and to be able to know ourselves and control the reactions of the so-called “reptilian brain”.[/toggle-content]
17:00 – 17:30 Tatiana Davydova [toggle-title]Effects of Yoga techniques for the sublimation of emotional states and for achieving wellbeing[/toggle-title]
[toggle-content expand=0]I have done an experimental research on how practice of yoga techniques for sublimation can affect and improve psycho-emotional state of people. We proposed a tapas of 49 days of up to 1 hour of different yoga techniques for sublimation every day. 38 people participated in the experiment, both from the yoga course and from outside. 29 people finished the experiment successfully; we gathered and analyzed data of their emotional state before and after the tapas. The changes in people’s emotional state were measured using different international scientifically approved psychological tests and questionnaires, as well as some additional specific questions.[/toggle-content]
17:30 – 18:00 Ph.D. Octav Fercheluc [toggle-title]Effects of experiments on reducing anti-social behaviour with the help of yogic meditation, performed in Uruguay[/toggle-title]
[toggle-content expand=0]It will be presented a scientific demonstration of the fact that meditation made by large groups of people can bring peace, tranquility and can reduce crime. After being announced in public media and endorsed by the Ministry of Interior from Uruguay (which afterwards provided the necessary statistical data), at the end of 2014 and the beginning of 2015 we organized a parapsychological experiment which consisted in large groups of people doing a daily meditation technique for half an hour. The activity was supported by the University in Montevideo and the Montevideo Youth Institute, and was done at the initiative of the Academy of Traditional Yoga Ananda from Uruguay. The final results have shown a consistent decline, between 30-40% of the percentage of crimes during the experiment as compared with the same period of the previous year 2013-2014 and of the next year 2015-2016.[/toggle-content]

14:30 – 15:30 Dana Meculescu and Atifalina Rusu [toggle-title]Revolutionary method for suspending the menstrual cycle[/toggle-title]
[toggle-content expand=0]The description of the new vibrational-sound spiritual therapy called sound-astrology, which combines in a practical way astrology and music. By astrological analysis are identified the good and bad influences of the planets of a few participants in the hall, to whom we shall recommend a certain vibrational-sound practice (music) which can help them in everyday life. Then, for this seminar, we shall explain some information about hormonal balance through vibrational-sound practice (music) which can help women substantially reduce the menstrual flow.[/toggle-content]
15:30 – 16:00 Elisabeta Bugu [toggle-title]The divinely inspired alternative of using natural antibiotics[/toggle-title]
[toggle-content expand=0]An overview of the allopathic antibiotics with their side effects and of the natural ones with their wonderful effects. We offer 5 examples of efficient natural antibiotics described in detail (elecampane, thyme, poplar buds, Thuja, Echinacea), the presentation of two cases of complete healing of serious illnesses (a case of recurrent otitis and a recurrent tubo-ovarian abscess) by using only natural antibiotics, and the description of two efficient mixtures of natural antibiotics, testimonies of our personal experience in healing with antibiotic plants.[/toggle-content]
16:00 – 16:30 Ph.D. Daniela Vasile [toggle-title]The Mozart Effect – a way music can improve human being performances[/toggle-title]
[toggle-content expand=0]The way in which the brain receives, perceives or composes a melody involves complex cognitive functions. At a superficial glance, listening to music or playing a musical instrument does not confer any advantage in everyday life. But research shows that music has elements in common with language. They have a common source, became separate gradually over the course of evolution and implicitly music actively intervenes in the development and self-knowledge of the human beings and in their relationship with the environment. Any sound that exists affects our mind and body on multiple levels. Brain cells are surrounded by an electric field and when this field decreases, we feel bored and tired. They are like batteries that need to be recharged, and an effective way of recharging them proved to be listening to high frequency sounds, between 5000 and 8000 Hertz. After many years of research it was concluded that Mozart’s music contains the largest number of such sounds, and so was defined the Mozart Effect, although it also includes, of course, other styles and composers in various proportions.[/toggle-content]
16:30 – 17:30 Invited: André Riehl [toggle-title]Shivait Nidra and Mantra for a holistic fulfilment[/toggle-title]
[toggle-content expand=0]Using the capacity of deeper insights along with vibrating Sanskrit chanting for discovering the natural quality of the meditative mind. Relaxation sending vibrating Sanskrit chanting to oneself and to the other will be experienced during the workshop.[/toggle-content]
17:30 – 18:30 Dănuț Adrian Șerban [toggle-title]Theoretical and practical notions regarding the Sattva, Rajas and Tamas type food influences upon modern daily life and spiritual practice[/toggle-title]
[toggle-content expand=0]The conference offers a presentation of a method through which our nutrition can be sustained, to a greater or lesser extent, in spiritual practice. Within it the influence of the nutrition on the body, mind and our emotional states will be explained through the principle of resonance. Approaching it will be done based on the principles of ayurvedic wisdom about the significance and mission of a human being granted to the modern times which we live in. Also, a brief overview will be offered about how modern science understood nutrition parallel with the ayurvedic approach. Within the conference it will be clearly delimited which types of food can sustain the state of health and illness through the concepts of Sattva, Rajas and Tamas. In the same context, the value of the concepts: sattva, rajas and tamas will be presented clearly, which can “clothe” the spiritual practice based on the resonances of alimentation, as well as emotional and mental resonances. Entering into the holistic universe of the human being through “alimentation” will offer us a satisfying understanding of paradigmatic relations, configured by affirmations: “We are what we eat.” – “We are what we think” – “We are what we feel” – “We are what we make ourselves aware of”.[/toggle-content]

18:30 – 19:30 Invited: Nicolae Catrina [toggle-title]Complete spiritualisation of our daily life through the use of secret procedures offered in the esoteric treatise Vijnana Bhairava Tantra[/toggle-title]
[toggle-content expand=0]Vijnana Bhairava Tantra is a universal manual of Integral Yoga and brilliant practical wisdom, offering an amazingly vast spectrum of methods for spiritual realization in a direct and immediate manner. This ancient treatise reveals the secret art through which every situation in life can become, in its own way, a particular form of yoga, bringing a higher quality into our whole life. In this way every situation in life can become a formidable occasion for discovering who we truly are, for reuniting ecstatically with our essential divine nature (Supreme Self, Atman). Therefore, even if we do not devote too much time into a conventional yoga practice, we can still bring the wisdom of teachings from Vijnana Bhairava Tantra into our daily life at any time. Every method of this treatise offers us this possibility in a special way, these methods are also – when correctly addressed – always relevant and perfectly adequate for the modern human.[/toggle-content]

Speakers and Guests of the Congress 2016

A large number of speakers from all over the world have been invited to the 2016 International Congress of Yoga and Alternative Therapies, including leading figures from the spiritual arena.

Ayurvedic and Yoga teachers from all traditional branches (including Tantra Yoga and its sub-branches) of the ATMAN Federation, gave talks regarding their complex theoretical views upon spirituality and its solutions for modern life challenges, which are based on extensive experience, some over many years of intensive and systematic spiritual practice and study. Along with such scholarly approaches, seminars and workshops included a variety of both traditional and modern forms of spiritual practice which can be applied in order to achieve such divine solutions.

Below you find a selection of our invited guests, senior teachers of some of the members of the Atman Federation, which in past Congresses have already proven to offer significant and profound insights into authentic spiritual life.

At the end of both days, the main speakers of the congress were invited to panel debates / discussions, in order to create a complex and interconnecting view upon the topics of the congress sessions. The speakers aimed to connect the subjects so they can be understood coherently from  traditional, scientific, medical and psychological perspectives.

His present academic status is as an Associate Professor of Medicine at Louisiana State University Health Sciences Center. After his medical training he had inspired insights into applied biophysics. This resulted in creating and globally patenting a new form of ultra-rapid light impulse generation. While lasers are used as the light source the wave form generation is far more complex and permits stimulating and activating molecules in novel ways. The applications have included complete inactivation of HIV without drugs, improved bioavailability of nutrients and therapeutic compounds, enhancing the yields and nutrient density of agricultural crops to feed the world with the highest quality food and laser guided stem cell therapy. The latter application has shown the ability to repair or regenerate a variety of injured organ systems much better and faster than before. The implications for reversing aging and raising the bar for longevity are just starting to be explored. As a related area of study of sound vibrations as opposed to light vibrations, the doctor has also developed a method resembling chanting monks described as the pineal toning technique. Either as an individual practice or as a choir with 300-900 people, this method produces complex overtone harmonics and resonance structures. This reduces stress, produces enhanced states of consciousness, and has been associated with a variety of health benefits.[/toggle-content]
