Becoming a transcendent superhuman: Vibrational methods for accelerating your progress

Todd Ovokaitys, MD, New Orleans

Everything in the universe vibrates, from plucking a guitar string to the vibrations of molecules. The principle of resonance is providing little impulses to a system at the natural frequency at which it vibrates that can build over time to very high amplitudes of energy. Even yoga postures (asanas) are using the body as an antenna to resonate with universal vibrations and energies to enhance you state of being depending on the focus of the resonant structure in which you align your body.

This will be a discussion of principles and methods of using both light and sound vibrations to achieve powerful effects. These span the gamut from recently validated protocols to reverse biological age with light vibrations to using tonal patterns with the human vocal instrument to enhance the function of your pineal, and the boost of health and perceptual awareness that results thereby.

There will even be a discussion of how to boost your chi by orders of magnitude and take a step towards the realization of what otherwise may be called super powers. Yet these as we know are simply an extension of and a movement into the potential that is already ours to unfold.

The Godly reality of unity in diversity: a fundamental revelation of the ancient esoteric yoga tradition in the context of contemporary scientific knowledge

Nicolae Catrina

The esoteric yoga tradition reveals that, beyond the seemingly endless diversity of the surrounding reality, there is always a mysterious unity, an unchanging and unique substratum of the Whole, of the entire Universe. Modern Science, for its part, is striving to discover the so-called “unified field” of all energies and manifestations and thus to reveal the essential Unity of Reality. However, in our ordinary life we perceive only the diversity of appearances and not this fundamental Unity.

The answer to the natural question: “Why does this Unity of all Reality seem absent, non-existent in the hustle and bustle of our daily life and, on the other hand, how can it be discovered?”, is provided both by the ancient Yoga tradition, but also by some discoveries and research directions of contemporary science which, on close examination, show a profound similarity, compatibility and convergence with yoga metaphysics.

There is a unique and perfectly coherent underlying Reality, but it is totally different from what we commonly perceive. Our familiar notions of causality, time, space, interaction, etc., are incompatible with this unified reality, which we cannot perceive as such because of the ‘filters’, distortions and errors of perception, appreciation and understanding of common consciousness. It is necessary to set aside (transcend) all these errors and illusions in order to objectively perceive the reality in which we live.

From this initiatory perspective, we will briefly describe certain subtle energies (or fundamental principles) (tattva-e) which create the appearance of diversity in our personal universe, but which, under certain conditions, can reveal the essential Unity of the Whole. Practical examples and directions for action are also given by which, with the help of these mysterious creative principles of reality, the eternal, essential and ecstatic Reality of God’s Oneness can be discovered in all the diversity of our daily lives.

From experience to experiment: On the common grounds of science and spirituality

Doru-Beniamin Bodea, PhD, Berlin

In a world that seems to lean increasingly towards fundamentalism and radicalism, science is invited to become the ‘new religion’. The well-grounded ‘character’ of science, based on correct reasoning, on clearly established methodology and especially on its well-defined package of universal laws, has meant that science seems to be able to provide the necessary platform of decency and stability – a sort of ‘middle way’. But the idea of discovering universal principles, laws and methods, and of applying them in order to create and maintain harmony in life, seems to be rooted in much older tradition than that which is commonly understood as ‘science’.

This talk will argue that ancient spiritual traditions, such as Yoga and Alchemy, were built as practical disciplines that aimed to help the neophyte discover, understand, and then properly apply such universal principles and laws.

The timeless importance of yoga practice

Nicolae Catrina

Far from being a philosophical concept reserved for certain ancient or exotic cultures and civilisations, yoga is a means, alwayr relevant and actual, that can be wisely extended to almost all areas of our lives. It encompasses much more than certain bodily postures, asanas, or breathing techniques, pranayama, meditation, etc., with countless and often surprisingly beneficial applications that help us to completely reintegrate our lives, our relationships, absolutely everything.

Yoga teaches us how to be truly present in every experience we go through, to discover, in this spiritual journey of self-knowledge, the mysteries, the complexity of reality, the uplifting powers we had not previously suspected.

Ancient yoga at the confluence of tradition and true science

Andrei Gămulea, Bucharest

Yoga is the traditional science that is destined for the well-being and universal progress of mankind. The bodily postures (asanas) of the ancient yoga system are inspired by a profound knowledge of life and nature that was accessible to the sages of old times. Each bodily posture (asana) has its own specifications regarding body positioning, breathing and focus of attention (dhristi). Analysed in terms of their specificity, the body postures (asanas) illustrate a living form of sacred geometry. The practice of yoga acts in an integrative way on the physical, energetic and spiritual aspects of the human being. The practice of asana ensures the well-being of the body’s organs, gives inner balance and contributes to the spiritual development of the being.

When the bodily postures (asanas) are associated in a sequence, they form a sequence that is traditionally known in Yoga as vinyasa. The sequences of physical postures (asanas) which are specific to the systematic practice of Hatha Yoga each form a certain ‘phrasing’ of the flows of subtle vital, psychic and spiritual energy which are conveyed in such a sequence (vinyasa) precisely established on the basis of criteria traditionally known in Yoga.

With the emergence and development of the theory of generative and transformative grammar in the second half of the last century, research on natural languages was able to go beyond the predominantly behavioural approach of that time. The research of the American linguist Naom Chomsky has generated a genuine cognitive revolution in modern scientific thinking. The naturalistic approach to the study of language and the deepening of research into so-called formal languages has subsequently allowed genuine modern scientific thought to enter a new stage of understanding and constructive classification of the various languages and semantic sequences used in the most varied forms of human communication, verbal and non-verbal. On this occasion the foundations were laid for an important confluence between traditional knowledge and genuine modern science.

The traditional science of yoga becomes much better understood, in the very depth of its essential make-up, through an approach that brings together the traditional view with the modern perspective. The systematic practice of body postures (asanas) organised in the form of integrative vinyasa sequences specifically provides a valuable unifying perspective that can offer multiple practical benefits. The unifying perspective on the traditional postural sequences (vinyasa) of the millenary yoga system as an expression of meaningful semantic arrangements is a fruit of the confluence between the millenary tradition of the yoga system and genuine modern science, whose directions of knowledge are specifically in the fields of communication, mathematics, computer science, linguistics and cognitive sciences in general.

Resonance – The unifying factor of yoga

Mihai Stoian (Advaitananda), Copenhagen

When a westerner first approaches the Yoga tradition they discover hundreds of philosophical currents, trends, schools and methods. To a newcomer the myriad of options can seem daunting and the choices overwhelming. What should I practice? Which teachings should I follow? Sometimes the same technique even has different names in different traditions and sometimes the same name is given to different techniques. It can be very confusing for someone new to this vast domain.

However, there is much more than meets the eye and looking below the surface of the entire current of yoga one finds one of the most fascinating universal secrets that unites all these spiritual practices and at the same time defines their very reason for existence. Even though yoga is a domain of human experience that apparently developed subjectively, the results are always the same, irrespective to all the differences that can arise through subjectivity. What is the common denominator? What is the synchronizing factor that makes all these various methods always point to the same unique reality despite their apparent differences?

This synchronizing factor lies in the vibratory nature of the universe that was acknowledged by the ancient yogic sages thousands of years ago, and which modern science recognizes today. Vibration is the secret unifying factor in all spiritual yoga disciplines and the principle of resonance the key to unlock the unitary understanding of Yoga in its entirety. Deepening the knowledge about resonance allows us to strip away all the cultural appropriations from this precious world heritage which is Yoga and to give it back its original universality.

Transforming happiness, and also life’s difficulties, into powerful subtle-energy vehicles that are capable of significantly accelerating our spiritual growth

Daniela Dae (Ishvarananda), Helsinki

Transforming the happiness and difficulties, that arise in our lives as we walk the Spiritual Path, is capable of greatly improving the quality of our daily experiences and our state of mind. By discovering the inner ways in which extremes can be brought into unity, we will greatly accelerate our spiritual growth.

Essentially, when we come to perceive God Consciousness more deeply, we will see clearly that all difficulties are illusions, in the sense that they are invented by our lower consciousness (manas, the vehicle of the ego), because we have come to believe that we are separated from our Source, from God. Every aspect of life experience is transient, happiness that has an object is also transient.

On the other hand, the deepest, most enduring happiness is the objectless happiness that is based on God Consciousness. The presence of this type of happiness greatly helps us to assess our progress on the spiritual path and supports our focus on the process of revealing the Supreme Self – Atman.

To contemplate the possibility of realizing the spiritual practice that guides our life in such a state of bliss as a great opportunity, is of great benefit. If you think, for example, of converting all your happiness into the realization of spiritual practice and understand that the very realization of spiritual practice gives rise to more happiness, then happiness and the realization of spiritual practice support each other in a very beneficial way.

Even if we are successful in our daily spiritual practice time and lucid dream awareness, if our daily experiences continue to be the cause of unjustified hopes and fear – thus increasing emotions and disappointments – then the goal of ultimate spiritual liberation in this life is elusive.

Transforming all the ups and downs of our existence into true spiritual awareness and a state of objectless happiness is really indispensable.

Maha Vidya Yoga – the spiritual path of fusion with the Great Macrocosmic Powers – and the importance of this knowledge for the rapid and effective evolution of the modern aspirant

Adina Stoian, Copenhagen

When we want to reawaken in ourselves the latent spiritual powers that have been dormant due to many years of stagnation, it is necessary to make efforts. We will not unleash any beneficial force and we will not be able to transform any facet of our being if we remain passive. Inertia gets us nowhere and opens no doors. Only through willpower can we overcome it. It is very important to focus our forces of consciousness, to meditate, to do appropriate yoga techniques and to aspire intensely to Self-knowledge. Maha Vidya Yoga, the Great Knowledge of the Universal Macrocosmic Powers, offers very effective methods by which we can quickly and surely achieve success in our spiritual growth.

The path of Maha Vidya Yoga is the path of deep communion with God the Father through the specific manifestations of His Supreme Feminine Creative Energy, Maha Shakti, which expresses herself in God’s Creation through the ten Great Macrocosmic Powers. They are the primordial realities of God Manifestation, the hypostases of Maha Shakti when She assumes certain precise functions and performs definite roles in the creation, maintenance, development, evolution and resurrection of the Macrocosm.

Through deep communion and telepathic fusion with the gigantic sphere of force of any Maha Vidya, the sincere aspirant who persistently puts into practice the spiritual methods specific to that Great Macrocosmic Power gains not only access to astounding paranormal powers (siddhis), but also the attainment of spiritual enlightenment, the revelation of the Supreme Immortal Self Atman and, in glory, fusion with the Supreme Absolute or God the Father

Traditional ancient yoga and frontier science, a common language often involving two unifying perspectives

Petru Roşu, Bucharest

What ancient traditional yoga told us thousands of years ago is now proven by the frontier sciences: quantum physics, neuroscience, epigenetics.

Quantum physics shows that at the core of all that exists is a quantum field that unites everything, made up of the sum of all possibilities. Through this quantum field we are always in touch with everyone and everything. Quantum physics also shows that the experiences we have through the quantum field are the result of consciousness.

More and more scientific truths, many of them from quantum physics and neuroscience, lead to the idea that what we have inherited from ancient traditional yoga about God, about the Great Universal Consciousness, is very true.

Two cases of contemporary scientific research that meet spirituality deeper than ever before

Radu Nichitescu, Chiang Mai

A new scientific paradigm is quietly emerging, one that breaks the materialistic boundaries that science has been confined to since the Enlightenment. With the current ground-breaking scientific research done in the fields of Near Death Experiences and Reincarnation Studies, what used to be considered simply claims or beliefs of a spiritual nature (such as the distinction between consciousness and the brain, or the continuation of consciousness beyond the moment of death) are now gradually becoming scientifically proven realities. We are witnessing the birth of a new era both in science and spirituality, in which the two meet each other deeper than ever before.

The place and role of the yogi training of attention in the context of interhuman relationships

Octav Fercheluc, PhD, Montevideo

We present, from the perspective of the traditional yoga system, esoteric elements on the importance of controlling the orientation of attention, as well as some of the ways that yoga offers us to do this. Yoga, as a true science of human evolution, shows us the stages that the human being goes through in its process of development and evolution and at the same time guides us, offering the most effective ways.

In this sense it is known that when we control the orientation of our attention with the help of our will, no one and nothing can control it secretly, so we are free to decide all the resonances we tune in to and the energies we integrate into our being. On the other hand, when we are no longer able to control our attention, then we leave it to the discretion of all those who have the minimum of knowledge about it and the interest in altering our behavior for their own gain.

We present revolutionary concepts of hygiene at the level of the lower mental structure – manas – and effective ways of eliminating inner turmoil, thus eliminating even the most important source of stress we face in our daily lives.

All of this proves to be an excellent way to keep us away from any form of manipulation of consciousness, as well as from any “brainwashing” process. All these ideas represent an ideal solution that traditional yoga generously offers us and that today’s society needs more than enough to increase the “immunity” of its citizens and to lay the real foundations for a world of free and happy people.

How yoga practice makes us healthier – A sneak peek into the subtle mechanisms

Sofian Krüger, Copenhagen

It is a well-known fact that Yoga improves our health. Unfortunately in the Western culture the practice of Yoga and the resulting health benefits are often reduced to strengthening, stretching and balancing the physical body. But the health benefits of the traditional Yoga system go far beyond physicality.

If done correctly, Yoga acts directly on our energetic structure. When the energies of life – Prana in Sanskrit – cannot flow freely in our being, energetic disturbances appear. If these imbalances prevail for longer periods, they then affect the physical body and diseases emerge. We could therefore say that every ailment is rooted in our subtle bodies, and by removing its subtle cause, it will holistically heal in the physical body.

In this lecture we will take a glance into the subtle mechanisms that make the Yoga system so efficient since thousands of years. We will see how each of the 8 limbs of Yoga, as described by Patanjali in the famous Yoga Sutras, contributes to abundant health and well-being. We will also learn about the rich variety of purification techniques that the Yoga system offers based on each element.

“Health is not only the absence of physical disease, but a state of perfect inner strength and balance, and of a clearly visible, radiant, joyful, and abundant aliveness.”

Commentaries on the Mandukya Upanishad and on the nature of Pure consciousness

Uriel Yariv, Chiang Mai

The nature of consciousness remains from ancient times as a great mystery and even today it is coined as the “hard problem” of science.  The ancient text of Mandukya Upanishad touches this problem in a majestic way, brings a deep understanding of the one state of consciousness uniting the wakeful state, dream state and dreamless sleep state.

In this lecture we will study the comments made of this short Upanishad, from Shankaracharya, Gaudapada, and Swami Sarvapriyananda, understanding through their deep and clear comments the nature of awareness as it is understood by Advaita Vedanta.

Neurophysiological study regarding the objectivization of the capacity for profound meditation of advanced yogis

Fischer László, MD, Hungary

Dr. Fischer László made EEG recordings during deep yogic meditation of about 40 yogis who had been practicing meditation for more than 10 years. In the course of the experiment they performed 3 tapases [n.b. specific yogic training consisting of performing yoga techniques daily for a certain length of time] of 49 days each, which were monitored on EEG. The experiment concluded that:

– the scientific data obtained objectively demonstrate the high spiritual level of the teachings taught in the MISA School of Integral Esoteric Yoga and in the schools of the Atman Federation;

– it has been demonstrated that it is important to practice long meditations;

– monitoring the spiritual growth during these 49-day tapas, it can be said that the results achieved are significant.

Awakening and energizing of inner, mysterious forces that essentially contribute to the process of spiritual transformation

Aida Călin, Bucharest

All people are in an evolutionary process, but most of them are carried along by the force vectors of personal karma and often collective karma. But when we discover a spiritual path and begin to practice yoga effectively, evolution can become conscious, active, dynamic, and clearly directed. But even those who practice yoga do not always make full use of the inner, silent forces that can support them to achieve real, rapid, and effective spiritual transformation.

Negative thoughts, even in minor ways, weaken our inner mysterious forces, such as our powers of concentration and will, permeate our subconscious in a harmful way and prevent us from accessing the supramental level. They minimize the occult power of our being that is so valuable… We very much need all our inner occult power to be directed beneficially according to our aspirations if we are to transform ourselves spiritually in the real way and reach certain outstanding spiritual achievements.

The importance of the process of attention and awareness in creating and maintaining beneficial occult resonant loops

Cornel Zavaliche, Bucharest

Human beings create subtle-energetic, informational and emotional connections with various aspects of life from the very first moments of their existence, depending on the existential conjunctures in which they live and the subconscious tendencies with which they come from previous lives. These circuits will then be accessed again and again, either consciously or unconsciously, and provide a transfer of energy, information, emotions with those aspects throughout life. These circuits that connect the being with subtle energy foci of either low or high frequencies are occult resonant loops.

Occult resonant loops will determine over time the formation of a character, a personality, which, depending on the lower or higher vibrational frequency, will determine the predominance of the vibrational frequency of that human being.

The process of attention and awareness is extremely important for human beings who aspire to spiritual evolution, because it helps us to identify the quality of the occult resonant loops in our being through introspection.

We are talking here about the conscious attitude that tests are an integral part of the spiritual path and that we can use them as a springboard in evolution.

Also listed are some important ideas regarding the perspective of the human being as an inner holographic-fractal universe, simultaneously integrated as a component part in a gigantic Macrocosm structured similar to a fractal hologram.

Authentic spiritual well-being through yoga

Adina Stoian, Copenhagen

Nowadays the concept of “well-being” is very fashionable – taken from another culture and limited only to activities designed to regenerate the body and bring a little relaxation to the soul… Unfortunately, the vast majority of people are unfamiliar with the fundamental notion of inner spiritual wellbeing and its many facets – manifested at all levels of being – physical, emotional and spiritual.

In this presentation we aim to offer a much broader perspective on authentic, deep well-being, which includes the whole sphere of personal consciousness and brings fulfilment to the soul, rest and revitalisation to the body, and revelatory expansion to the spirit of each of us.

In order to achieve true, authentic and lasting spiritual well-being, Esoteric Tantra Yoga provides effective methods, among which we mention:
– special bodily attitudes that induce inner skills essential for the spiritualization of the whole being;
– Tantric gestures (mudras) that attract subtle energies from the Macrocosm through resonance processes that are eminently beneficial;
– simple methods of rapid energization and elimination of fatigue;
– concentration and contemplation exercises designed to raise our general vibrational frequency to experience essential godly attributes – such as Love, Pure Eros and unconditional Happiness.

Not being an exhaustive presentation, in this lecture our goal is to awaken one’s interest in learning more about sustainable spiritual well-being and thus experience a happy and fulfilled life.

Full awakening of consciousness through awareness and control of brain waves (in meditation)

Cristian Dobre, Bucharest

Our state of consciousness (thoughts, emotions, feelings, etc.) is reflected in the brain by neuronal activity through the appearance of electrical impulses (brain waves). These electrical impulses, measured in cycles per second (Hertz), vibrate at different frequencies depending on our state of consciousness (depending on neural activity).

The first controlled experiment to demonstrate that brain waves, thought to be involuntary, can be subject to voluntary control was conducted by Joe Kamiya – a professor at the University of Chicago, and the person who helped him with this experiment was Richard Bach.

Elmer and Alice Green, biofeedback researchers at the Menninger Clinic, studying Swami Rama’s brain, became interested in the Theta state when he told them, “Alpha is nothing!” From that moment they began training subjects to generate Theta waves consciously. This was the beginning of the field of biofeedback or brainwave neurofeedback – the science of teaching people how to control their brain activity.

Through studies on advanced practitioners of meditation and prayer, the field of neurofeedback and brain neuroplasticity has been enriched and nuanced (spiritualized). Studies on advanced meditation and prayer practitioners have shown that physiologically, during deep meditation, there is minimisation of brain activity and restriction of brain activity in the brainstem area (in the area of the reticulated formation). The reticulated formation of the brainstem extends up to the diencephalon (thalamus, hypothalamus and cortex) and down to the spinal cord. The reticular formation in the brainstem is the only brain structure whose correct functioning is essential for the manifestation of consciousness – in any form – in humans.

Applications of sensitive crystallisation

Cristina Cîmpean, MD, PhD, Bucharest

Sensitive crystallization is an analysis method that allows to highlight the informational quality of the substrate analized or in other words the quality of the information matrix.

According to modern food science (nutrigenomics), all living beings are organised on the basis of an information matrix that influences our physical, emotional and even spiritual health by acting at the epigenetic level. Sensitive crystallisation provides a global picture of the state of informational order of the substrate under analysis and thus helps us to objectively choose the most appropriate bodily food, but also the most appropriate soul food, allowing us to observe the physiological effects of our inner states.

The method has been applied over time in agriculture – to assess the effects of different ways of growing plants; in nutrition – to assess the possible epigenetic and informational impact of raw or processed foods, but also in human medicine as a method for rapid diagnostic guidance and therapeutic follow-up, and is especially important for differentiating malignant from benign processes.

Beyond these applications, its purpose has always been to make visible the influences and existence of the morphogenetic forces that animate the living world. It draws our attention to the fact that everything we think and say has an effect on the matter within us and around us, and shows us that we live in a complex macrocosm in which we are subject to astral and planetary rhythms.

Studies on the influence of emotions on water in the human body

Marosy Zoltan, PhD, Bucharest

The human body constantly emits a bioelectric field. Studies show that this biofield is constantly changing, depending on lifestyle, eating habits and the emotions that the human being is constantly experiencing.

Emotions trigger certain memories, thoughts and reactions in the body. These stimuli and reactions create rhythmic and constant nerve impulses. Each nerve impulse creates a family of bioelectrical emissions at specific frequencies. The permanent maintenance of certain emotions creates an electric field of a specific frequency, which then determines the quality of the bioelectric halo of the human being.

Over the years, several research projects have been carried out to investigate how human bioelectric emissions can change the structure of water. According to these studies, it has been observed that bioelectricity significantly alters the internal structure of water, and that water in turn can alter the crystallisation structure of certain salts, thus highlighting the changes that have occurred.

In the presentation prepared for this congress we will give examples of some suggestive images of the changes in crystallization structures in response to different bioelectric frequencies that are constantly emitted by a human being.

The modern concept of health and the millenary yoga tradition

Cristian Bandur, Bucharest

The concept of health has evolved and continues to evolve with society. Today there are over 100 definitions of health and at least 300 normative parameters detailing the concept of health, but none of the definitions is unanimously accepted.

We can see, however, that over time more and more elements have been taken into account in defining health, and from the biological dimension that was originally used to define it, we have gradually come to speak more and more of five important dimensions of health: biological, social, emotional, intellectual and spiritual.

In this continuous development of theories, concepts and information, can yoga find a single essential force-idea, a practical and effective common denominator that can confer to the human being a state of good health on all levels? Or, in other words, can yoga help us find “unity” in the growing diversity of ideas and concepts?

The answer is “yes” and this proves that, beyond different language, different ideas, concepts, theories, the great truths are the same from time immemorial and thus an authentic spiritual tradition that appeared a few millennia ago proves to be ever modern.

Yoga and Harmony

Georgiana Dăneț (Dhumavatiananda)

Harmony is necessary for our inner development. We all know how we feel when harmony is missing from our lives. And we remember how wonderful it is when we feel harmonious, when we have relationships based on unbreakable harmony. A life without harmony is painful and makes you feel unhappy, dissatisfied, unbalanced.

When you lay a solid harmonious foundation for your life, you will always have your inner paradise undisturbed, regardless of circumstances or other people. But why don’t we always experience this harmony? Why is it necessary for us not only to achieve this harmony, but also to maintain it consistently, no matter what?

Imagine a life full of harmony, which also means joy of living, happiness, health, satisfaction, contentment, inner peace, gratitude, love. It may be hard to believe that you can live like this forever, no matter what the circumstances. It’s perfectly possible, and in fact it doesn’t require much effort, when you practice yoga correctly.

A hypothesis on universal language

Aldolinor Teodorescu, Bucharest

Myths and stories from ancient times indicate the existence of a Primordial Language, which was used by God to communicate with man and by man to communicate with the entire nature. The rediscovery of this Universal Language has been an ongoing concern throughout history and there are numerous testimonies of great sages attesting that they knew this language in their inner universe.

This study proposes hypotheses about the constitutive elements of a Universal Language that can be approached from our present level of consciousness and that, as it is put into practice, will gradually transform and elevate us, giving us the possibilities and answers we need.

Starting from the esoteric revelations to which we have access, we seek to identify the basic components of this Universal Language and also the processes and laws of composition and association of these elements (similar to the grammar of a language). Examples and applications are then given, as a preamble to the experimentation to which we are all invited.

Awakening of consciousness from a neuroscience perspective

Cristian Alexandru, Bucharest

This presentation aims to outline an overall integrative view of the nature of reality provided by some modern scientific research, experiences and data that prove the authenticity and truth of millennia-old spiritual teachings.

There is an important connection between the brain, DNA, subconscious and consciousness. We can understand the Cosmic Illusion (Maya) by looking at how the brain perceives the surrounding world. Usually these aspects are analysed separately and this is a mistake, because when the perceived aspects are divided and not seen as a whole, a great chance for a complete understanding and at the same time a great power of realisation is lost.

The lecture gives a picture of what reality is, how we perceive it and how we can change it in a beneficial direction. If this information is understood, and especially if it is subsequently internalised, assimilated and lived as such, these truths can generate a great power of transformation in this evolutionary process in which we are all involved.

Therapy of emotional disorders through creative beneficial visualization

Savel Călinescu, MD, Braşov

The technique of creative visualization is used in a variety of fields, ranging from training for athletic competitions to assimilating new skills or treating various illnesses. Creative visualisation is a cognitive tool that accesses the imagination to achieve the desired beneficial results. It can include the internal creation of an auditory, tactile, visual, gustatory and olfactory sensory experience at the conscious level.

The specific exercises and visualisation processes that are performed in the various spiritual traditions produce an extraordinary energisation of the power centres (chakras) and endocrine glands, including the pineal gland – through the activation of sahasrara -, keeping them active and youthful by unblocking the flow of energies and their harmonious circulation in the being.
This brings about a state of hormonal balance in the body due to the subtle fluids and energies that are attracted by triggering specific resonance processes in the microcosm of our being, leading to the mobilisation of the being’s energy reserves.

Traditional yoga and parapsychology

Savel Călinescu, MD, Brașov

It has been known for thousands of years that faith-filled human beings who are on a genuine spiritual path and have reached a high level of spiritual evolution manifest various and unusual miraculous powers, astonishing paranormal abilities (siddhis).

We can say that genuine spirituality includes the true science of ‘parapsychology’, which is much more than what is nowadays understood in a secular way by ‘parapsychology’.

Although it does not seek to perform paranormal actions or genuine external miracles, the consciousness of the being that reached the highest level of spirituality can nevertheless experience states unknown to the ordinary man; he becomes aware of other dimensions of the universe, with very high frequencies of vibration, which those who do not yet have the necessary spiritual awakening do not even suspect exist and are therefore considered as “paranormal” and belonging to the field of “parapsychology”.

The methods specific to the various branches of the integral yoga system can gradually awaken and energise in our inner universe some of these paranormal, magical powers, which are of real benefit to us, as they ensure flourishing health, an excellent state of balance, as well as physical, vital, psychological, emotional or supramental well-being.

In the yogic tradition it is believed that paranormal powers arise when the three keys – sexual energy, psychic energy and pranic energy – are perfectly controlled or when they are controlled to a great extent.

Walking the spiritual path with dedication and enthusiasm helps us to accelerate the process of inner spiritual transformation and facilitates the awakening in our being of paranormal powers (siddhis) such as: telepathy, spiritual clairvoyance, paranormal empathy, psychokinesis, precognition, retrocognition and even the attainment of the supreme paranormal power parasiddhi which is the ultimate goal on an authentic spiritual path.

Traditional Indian dance Odissi, dedicated to the Great Macrocosmic Power Matangi

Shaktiananda, Bucharest

The Odissi style is one of the Indian classical dances. It was practised in past centuries in certain temples in eastern India, having a deeply devotional character.

The dance, based on a devotional hymn to the Goddess Matangi, begins with a ritual of worship of the supreme God as Jaganath (Lord of the Universe), followed by a ritual of worship of Mother Earth.

This is followed by the part in which the Matangi Goddess is worshipped, depicting some of her attributes in a sculptural manner, using attitudes and mudras (sacred gestures). Thus Matangi, the Goddess of the Arts, is the one who plays the instrument Vina, wearing the moon as an ornament in her hair and with a body like a shining emerald. Her large breasts are adorned with red vermilion paste, and in her four hands she holds the bow, noose, spike and arrows of lotus flowers. Other symbols of the goddess are also present, such as the elephant with its graceful gait and the playful parrot.

The dance ends in a more dynamic way, with the worship of the entities governing the eight directions of space and a triple salute to the Goddess, the Spirit Guide and the audience.

Spiritual yoga traditions and objective science – a unifying perspective

Nucu Condrea, Antwerpen

Ancient Eastern philosophies often present their spiritual message in a form that ordinary human reason cannot perceive without an effort of integration. Spiritual truth far transcends the limits of reason and often, because of its complexity, cannot be expressed in words, but must be experienced in an intuitive, direct way. The main theories and models of modern physics lead to a consistent vision of the world, in perfect harmony with the vision of the ancient sages of the East.

What do these similarities actually mean, what implies furter on the recognition of the same fundamental principles and laws by both the theories of modern physics, and the sages of the East?

Some aspects that were experienced and brought into awareness that appeared following the communion with the subtle sublime endless, free, eternal energy of Godly Attributes

Angela Petrescu, Bucharest

Angela will present brief accounts of what she perceived, felt and became aware of as a result of working with some of the Godly Attributes for various periods of time. These include the Godly Attribute of Godly Love, the Godly Attribute of Godly Detachment, the Godly Attribute of Godly Aspiration, the Godly Attribute of Godly Health, the Godly Attribute of Godly Optimism etc.

In practice, she has found that these Godly Attributes initiate and sustain an entire transformative process that unfolds over several stages, spanning different periods of time. With some attributes she has sensed the associated energetic manifestation, and with others she has become aware of their connection to other Godly Attributes.

Working with one Godly Attribute or a suite of three Godly Attributes made it possible to remove tensions, blockages, misunderstandings, and the emergence of synchronicities. Angela finds this practice enjoyable and fruitful; it refines us and gives us a chance to be “in direct connection” with God the Father.

Esoteric anatomy, correlative aspects that exist between the seven chakras system and certain constituent parts of the human physical body. The physical and subtle links between Sahasrara Padma – the fundamental energy centre of the human being – and the pineal gland.

Ion Marin, Focşani

The presentation is made using some audio-video recordings and includes at the beginning a brief presentation of the Theory of Primary Energy Fields – a recent theory that aims to explain the formation and structure of the entire physical universe, from elementary particles to large galaxies, based on the combined action of two polar opposite magnetic fields that have a circular elliptical paraboloid shape, similar to that of an ordinary bowl. There are also highlighted the striking similarities between this Primary Energy Field Theory and Indian Tantric cosmology.

The following describes how all these aspects are reflected into the microcosm of the human being, at the level of the body in general, but especially in the formation and structuring of the brain. The significance of the pineal gland from the point of view of the Theory of Pimatic Energy Fields is detailed, and the esoteric correlations between the pineal gland and the “thousand petalled lotus” – Sahasrara Padma – are described.

In the final part the emphasis is on the special importance of the pineal gland for the liberation of the limited human consciousness from the restraint of the body, in order to effectively translate into the subtle, non-physical spiritual dimensions that exist in the Macrocosm.

The law of the 7 steps of a complete process. Examples and applications

Dan Crăciun, Braşov

In this presentation we highlight the archetypal pattern of manifestation of the Law of the 7 main steps of a complete process through concrete examples. Once the pattern has been clearly highlighted and illustrated, we extrapolate its characteristic aspects into different practical applications.

This law is stated as follows: Any complete process has 7 distinct main steps. The 7 steps are divided into two phases: phase I “flow” steps 1, 2, 3 and phase II “ebb” steps 4, 5, 6 and 7, separated by two hiatus intervals.

We will study the incidence of the Law of the 7 Main Steps for both categories of processes: development cycles, represented graphically by a clockwise circuit, and evolution cycles, represented graphically by a counter-clockwise circuit.

We will then look at some practical examples, describing the tests that occur at each stage and the concrete ways of overcoming these tests towards the stable state of spiritual success.
The examples will be accompanied by intuitive graphic illustrations to help remember the ideas presented and the concrete ways of effective action.

Yoga in the light of integrative therapies and neuroscience

Mirela Chiroiu, MD, Avignon

The lecture “Yoga in the light of integrative therapies and neuroscience” is structured in two parts.

The first part aims to show how integrative therapies (such as the Bioenergetic Analysis formulated by W. Reich and A. Lowen) harmonise the human structure which has gone through periods of chronic stress and tension and which creates specific defensive mechanisms called “characterological cuirasses”. The techniques used, inspired by the yoga tradition, are based on fundamental concepts such as primordial energy or orgone energy.

The second part highlights the role of awareness and consciousness, and the cerebral, even cellular and intracellular mechanisms involved in the process of ‘liberation’ from stressors, from the perspective of neuroscience and yoga practice (the effects of body postures, meditation and breathing techniques).

Creating an auric protection layer against hostile or disruptive external influences

Cristian Dobre, Bucharest

This technique is particularly suited to those who feel very receptive or fragile internally, but also to those who are often overcome by an undefined, paralysing fear during encounters or interactions with other people in the course of social activities.

Anyone who practices this technique consistently every morning for three weeks will be able to create a subtle field of protection (a protective auric layer) against all the harmful, disturbing energies that come from certain bad human beings or that exist in certain environments in which they have to stay for a long time. If at the beginning it will be necessary to remind ourselves as often as possible, especially during the stressful moments of the day, of the existence of this protective circuit, in order to “enter” inside it and thus protect ourselves from harmful energy influences, after a certain period of sustained practice of this technique, thanks to the constant amplification of yang (+) solar energy in our being, we will be able to perceive continuously the existence of this force field and the manner in which we are protected by it. We will find with joy that no evil or disturbing subtle influence will be able to pass beyond this golden-yellow protective energy field.

Through persistent practice of this technique the vibrational frequency of our aura is raised. We will become more sunny, being able to easily face any subtle disturbing or even evil energies, becoming God-protected and invulnerable.
